About me
I am a clinical social worker in Oregon (LCSW) and Massachusetts (LICSW). I am a mother, partner, systems thinker, hiker, and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer. I value curiosity, social justice and compassion.
I have spent over a decade supporting youth and families. I’ve worked in refugee resettlement, wilderness and residential treatment programs, a children’s hospital, and as a pediatric behavioral health consultant in primary care.
Both my professional and my personal experiences have reaffirmed for me that confidence, growth, and change does not occur in isolation but as a part of a community and often, in times of discomfort. I feel privileged to collaborate with individuals in helping them find ease amidst change and align their lives with their values.
In addition to my clinical training, I draw inspiration and guidance from writers Barbara Kingsolver, Alice Walker, and Mary Oliver. Their words and characters help us explore our interconnectedness and offer persistent reminders on how to best live in this complex, beautiful, harsh world.
